Heroes of Newerth (HoN), a popular game in the Dota genre created by independent game developer S2 Games, will be added to the professional eSports League North American Star League (NASL) starting October 5, 2011 for NASL Season 2.

Eight random Heroes of Newerth teams have been invited to compete for the 1st HoN NASL season. HoN teams will face off in 5 v 5 matches for 1,000 US Dollars per match.Russell Pfister, North American Star League CEO:
